Grief ceremony

I welcome you as we invite grief.

The ceremony will consist of a safe space to bring in your grief

to dance with your grief

and allow your grief with no judgment.

It’s about an hour ceremony.

During ceremony you will be able to allow your ancestors, past loved ones, or just yourself to show up to speak, cry, sing, sob, etc no judgment whatsoever. That is what ceremony is all about.

Does your grief want to be let out. Allow it. This will curate a special place for it all.

How will this help me?

*It will bring a release-

*You will be able to just be.

*You will feel less alone.

*You will feel safety.

*Your ancestors or past loved ones may show up and speak. Which will bring comfort and peace.

Do I need anything?

You can hold a special crystal such as Celestite for sweet comfort.

Be in a comfy space.

You can bring a blanket.

Water.

Ear phones recommended for clarity.

Light background music if you wish.

After the ceremony?

Hold space for yourself.

Stay in meditation or sleep.

Bathe with Himalayan salt.

Set up an alter to honor your grief and ancestors/past loved ones.
