🖤They are the One that lead you into the unknown.

🖤They are your strength. Courage.

🖤Your darkness.

🖤The one that has survived all the pain.

Violations. Injustice.

🖤They fight for you. They hold you up when you feel you can't go on.

🖤They have saved you many times.

But through it all... they do not allow you to meet them until they feel heard.

Not until she knows you are ready to welcome her.

🖤They long to become one with you.

For some it's easier to embody the Dark Goddess.

For others.. The Soft Goddess is the direction they filter through.

First of all it’s quite a simple challenge!

• Each day for 30 days. You will have one tool to complete to connect with your Dark Goddess. Such as on Day 4 you have a Dark Goddess bath. Or on Day 18 wearing black to honor our dark goddess! It will be fun but validating to finally meet this dark part inside us that is the one that has helped us through all our pain.

It's only when she begins to come alive and you meet her is when the power takes completely over. You begin to RISE UP! SPEAK UP! She takes over and shows you all the times she saved you. Or helped you. Guided you.

And was literally there for you.

You will cry. You will laugh.

You will smile. You will feel alive again.

Because it is then that you will know you've never been alone. But even more then that is you will make peace with all those parts that have been hiding inside you. The parts of you that may have hid after abusive relationships, toxicity, physical violations, hurtful words. Etc
